Good products, but overpriced and customer service and delivery timescales could be improved.

It is functional but the cushions where the baby’s leg are located leaves markings on baby’s skin which could harm the sensitive skin of the baby. I have chosen the innermost setting to avoid further creases on the legs. Please see attached picture

Order arrived after 1 month, 3 emails, many attempted phone calls (always voicemail) and 3 Facebook messages. If I was buying a carrier I would get it from a third party but I was buying a replace part that I couldn't get anywhere else so I'm glad they sell it.

We ordered over 3 weeks ago and still have not received our order
