Poor communication Updates / Tricky product

Not overly impressed with the lack of updates regarding my order. I had to contact the support team who took a couple of days to get back to me. The product itself (Omni Breeze baby carrier) takes getting used to - it is complicated to get the right posture and I can't seem to manage to get straigth alignment with my newborn baby which makes her uncomfortable as the shoulder straps are too broad for my frame which is an average size. The videos are helpful but the challenge in doing it myself continues.

Disappointed to what no longer provide nhs discount. Great products but will no Longer be buying due to cost and lack of NHS discount

Grest product not great communication on order

Pram is great and was recommended to me for travel with a 3 month old as it has the baby nest for lying flat, fits in a cabin and will last us beyond that until she's 4. Delivery was slow and getting hold of customer service for an update was very slow and they were at first unresponsive. I encourage better comms for clients even if automated- I wasn't even told the pram had been dispatched when it eventually arrived. It's a shame as the pram itself is great quality

Poor website ordering system. Orders get lost or overlooked.

Initially you ‘lost’ my order and it was only because I had not heard anything and followed up, that the order was re-instated.

Good product, shoddy dispatch

I love my sling, but buying direct from Ergobaby has been incredibly frustrating when trying to get a replacement buckle for my sling and has meant I would look elsewhere before considering buying again from Ergobaby, if there was a valid alternative in the market. I love that you can buy replacement buckles cheaply - I accept that certain parts last longer than others and that they can be replaced. But I don't like that I purchased the part and then had to chase Ergobaby twice before it finally arrived six weeks after I placed my order. That is six weeks without my sling, which has not been ideal (to put it mildly). Customer Services informed me firstly that there was a delay in shipping, then when I chased a second time it was apparently a technical glitch that caused the lack of delivery. It has now finally arrived, and so I am leaving this feedback in the hopes that this helps Ergobaby understand the impact of glitches in internal systems on the end-user/customer.
