Good product, shoddy dispatch
I love my sling, but buying direct from Ergobaby has been incredibly frustrating when trying to get a replacement buckle for my sling and has meant I would look elsewhere before considering buying again from Ergobaby, if there was a valid alternative in the market.
I love that you can buy replacement buckles cheaply - I accept that certain parts last longer than others and that they can be replaced. But I don't like that I purchased the part and then had to chase Ergobaby twice before it finally arrived six weeks after I placed my order. That is six weeks without my sling, which has not been ideal (to put it mildly). Customer Services informed me firstly that there was a delay in shipping, then when I chased a second time it was apparently a technical glitch that caused the lack of delivery. It has now finally arrived, and so I am leaving this feedback in the hopes that this helps Ergobaby understand the impact of glitches in internal systems on the end-user/customer.
