Delivery status unclear

We placed an order and 7 days later no carrier. I received no email about delivery, but when I went to my account it stated the carrier was delivered, but offered no tracking. After contacting customer services I got an apology to state there was an issue at the warehouse and the vague promise of "your order will be delivered in the next few days" whatever that means. Clarity and accuracy about delivery would make this better - I appreciate delays happen, but the misleading update on my account means I am still unsure when or if my order has even been dispatched yet, and I fear I will have to keep chasing this up for clarity. I don't mind that things are delayed in the middle of a sale, but it shouldn't be on me as the customer to chase this - up front communication would be appreciated!

Customer service is awful, product great, don’t buy direct

Slow delivery which doesn’t meet advertised standards. Even though item wasn’t shipped, refusal to cancel order, told to return item. Issues with returning item as their system said item hasn’t been shipped. Refund slow. At every stage of this saga with the item I had to contact and chase customer services. The people were nice but processes and system are awful. I actually had to order item elsewhere due to delays. And I love the item. One star customer service, five star item

Lieferzeit nicht laut Angabe

Ich kann leider keine Rezension über ein Produkt abgeben, da ich trotz Angabe von 1-3 Tagen Lieferzeit schon fast 2 Wochen auf meine Bestellung warte. 🫤 Ich habe dann per email nachgefragt und mir wurde versichert, dass mein Artikel versandt wird und ich einen Tracking link erhalte. … tja das ist auch schon wieder zwei Tage her. Ich freue mich dennoch auf meine Bestellung und kann es kaum erwarten Trage und Wippe zu treten. Ich hoffe allerdings, dass die Lieferzeiten ein wenig angepasst werden, um eventuellen Unmut zu vermeiden.

Disappointed experience with the E-shop

The customer support was not very timely and didn’t provide a solution that satisfied us. I know it was out of his power to do anything. You should try fixing your website so you don’t waste your customer’s time solving a problem that shouldn’t have been there at the beginning.
