I still haven’t received my order so I couldn’t say whether the product is good or not

I bought the Omni360 carrier and it’s extremely uncomfortable for both me and my baby. The clip is behind my back which makes it difficult to reach. It’s just really impractical. Also, the leg area for the baby is hard and bulky. I didn’t like it at all. Going to return it and purchase the Omni Breeze instead, hopefully it will be better. For the price, it should be perfect, which it’s far from.

I had to write to the customer support in order to know why the ordered item was not shipped. I would have appreciated to get this information as soon as they noticed that it was out if stock.

No Help was offered when my stroller broke, new wheels could Not be collected, or shipped at that time

Less than two years after purchasing the Metro+ buggy as a secondary buggy for use on holidays etc the handlebar material is in tatters. Not only was I told this is natural wear and tear but the company do not sell replacement handlebars. This means that I will need to purchase a new travel buggy to use with my second baby. Not good product quality or lifetime.
