I ended up returning the product and it took several weeks to receive my refund, with very little/ slow communication from the company when I sent messages to follow up.

Unfortunately, company is closing at the end of the year so I am still waiting for the delivery,

Misleading. From the description I thought the 360 came with the infant insert. When it eventually arrived 2 weeks after ordering, we had to then order the insert.

We eventually received our product however delivery was delayed severely without any update provided to myself. I had to try and contact the customer service support email who took quite a number of days to respond back. I finally got a response through messaging through their social media page. I was a bit worried as never ordered off this website before and was hesitant incase this was a scam. The phone number provided was an automated telephone handler speaking in german and no option to speak to anyone.
