Issues with Access to High-Resolution Photos and Delayed Responses
I’ve encountered issues accessing high-resolution photos for products we’ve purchased, despite requesting them three times. While some images have been provided, others have not, and I was even asked about the purpose of the request after reselling the products for years. As a long-time reseller, timely access to these images is essential for us, and response times have been slow, often taking several days. We would appreciate quicker resolution and more consistent support moving forward.
