I am happy with the product (so far, I have barely used it yet) but I would have preferred some better communication from the company. There was no shipping notification or email confirmation and I was left wondering if I was ever going to receive my item (not least after looking at the Trustpilot reviews which concerned me). Even when I did chase it, it took a little while to hear back from anyone.

I’ve encountered issues accessing high-resolution photos for products we’ve purchased, despite requesting them three times. While some images have been provided, others have not, and I was even asked about the purpose of the request after reselling the products for years. As a long-time reseller, timely access to these images is essential for us, and response times have been slow, often taking several days. We would appreciate quicker resolution and more consistent support moving forward.

For me is not good becouse I need to put the child in and out often, for example when I go to pick up my brother from kindergarten by car and the usage time is short and is not easy to use for this

Delivery has taken over 3 weeks when the website said 7 days. Had to chase to uncover the issue and is still being resolved. Service team polite and responsive over email but hasnt fixed the main issue yet

I already know i love the product as I've had one before. However, I've still not received the product and it's been over a month.
