A little slow to reply from the uk team. (Initially got through to the USA team who were much faster). However, they were great. Both teams were incredibly lovely. I basically needed to query if a carrier I had got second hand was legitimate and so they didn’t need to help me really. But they did. Thankfully I am lucky and it is legit! Would definitely buy from them in the future (am already considering a mesh version for summer!). The customer service is great

As a company you’ve gone above and beyond to resolve my dilemma. I purchased the 3 in 1 baby seat for my new granddaughter unfortunately after just 1 week it had got stained with a few drops of Milton, my daughter was devastated I emailed to enquire if I could purchase a replacement. Within a few hrs I had a reply offering a FREE of charge replacement, it was shipped within 48hrs and arrived at their home. Thank you Ergobaby, we will recommend and use your products again.
