DYPER

Dyper used to be fantastic, however they rebranded over the summer of 2025 and everything fell apart. Among many things they changed their entire return policy yet only notified customers of some of these changes. Their customer service is email only, which is massively inefficient and ineffective. I rarely leave reviews but am so frustrated with this company I felt inclined to warn others about them. If you’re in the Bay Area I highly recommend switching to another local composting diaper service. Definitely stay away from Dyper, this company has sadly fallen apart and I would not recommend them.

Terrible new model of purchasing a box of diapers in advance. Takes up valuable space and leaves no flexibility for evolving needs. It’s why we left the service.
