Contacting customer service is very unpredictable. Nobody answers emails. I have more luck with the texts. The diapers pickup mostly is not happening. The only thing I still like are the diapers themselves. Everything else is very questionable and not the way it was few years ago.

Extremely difficult to work with.

Extremely difficult to work with. Have been a subscriber for years and genuinely love the product quality, but customer support is not it. The email communications need improvement. The reminder note sent before the order renews does not have a date or amount of days before renewal listed, and orders are placed around 4 a. m. ET. When logging in to the site, the order stated it would renew the following day to when it actually did. I emailed about an hour later from receiving the order confirmation and forwarded to hello@dyper.com where I received an automated reply that orders can’t be changed after 8 a. m. MT (which was 4-4. 5 hours after my email). When I finally received a reply HOURS later, I was told nothing could be done. I asked multiple times and stated everything included here, but I was told it was my fault. I have in writing the agreement to a full refund that I just need to ship back. I tried to process the return and it’s NEARLY $27 (!) to ship it back!!! And if I wanted to size swap, it’s that PLUS $17-18. Coterie, on the other hand, is less expensive than Dyper so I switched there after this debacle.

Dyper used to be fantastic,

Dyper used to be fantastic, however they rebranded over the summer of 2025 and everything fell apart. Among many things they changed their entire return policy yet only notified customers of some of these changes. Their customer service is email only, which is massively inefficient and ineffective. I rarely leave reviews but am so frustrated with this company I felt inclined to warn others about them. If you’re in the Bay Area I highly recommend switching to another local composting diaper service. Definitely stay away from Dyper, this company has sadly fallen apart and I would not recommend them.
