My order was never received

Diapers do not stay on- they do not stick. They also are not leak proof!

Was given a promo code for a free set. Paid $9 for shipping and never received the diapers. Reached out to support and never got a response.

The order was processed late, then the shipping got delayed by 5 extra days. The diaper box wasn’t even put into a shipping box so it had marks, was all dirty and dented by the time it arrived, rendering it completely useless. Next the training pants themselves were hard as a rock, even when I was changing my child. No kid would want to wear these, they look as uncomfortable as my child’s comments about them were. What a waste of money. Should have never switched from Coterie. I can’t believe how downhill this product has gone in a year.

I have been using the charcoal “dypers” for over a year now and absolutely love them. These on the other hand? Can’t say the same. This was my first time ordering these type because the charcoal were out and they leak so bad! We had the most leaks we’ve ever had since diapering. Literally got peed on at the grocery store the other night - was holding him in my little sling and he peed and it fully leaked through the diaper (I double checked to make sure we had it on correctly) & down my leg. We dripped out of the store. Luckily these are just for travel/ times there isn’t a potty nearby, so we aren’t using them as our sole diapering/potty method. We also went through them incredibly fast. As mentioned earlier, we don’t use these as our primary toileting method - potty training during the day and use cloth diapers over night, so our last batch lasted us a really long time (ordered 2 months of charcoal ones in July 2025 and didn’t need to re order until February 2026). We’re already out of these, so I couldn’t imagine diapering with these full time. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel my next subscription so I have a whole box of them :(. Anyway, we love the company’s mission tho!
