Shipping is a huge delay. My card was charged on October 12th but formula was not shipped until the 16th. I’m not sure why it takes so long from order confirmed to order shipped. Seems like the subscription isn’t worth it

Absolutely love the formula itself. But without fail, every order I place the shipping is horribly slow and never on time. I also almost always find it cheaper at Target.

Started out well but then within a few weeks he was very gassy all the time. I had to give him probiotics with the formula. The ingredients are good but the bubbles when mixing should have been an indicator.

I have a bad experience receiving it the 2nd and 3rd time. I really had a hard time in order to get it. I don't have transportation.

Although my baby has tolerated this well, a recent consumer reports has found By Heart formula is nearing the baby’s daily limit of lead ingestion. There are other brands that don’t reach or won’t get near your baby’s daily recommended levels. Seems a bit misleading to tout themselves as the cleanest on the market when testing shows higher lead levels than other formulas
