I haven't opened the box and they are reluctant to take it back. They never sent me a notice that they are shipping the subscription.

Contacted regarding the consumer reports article and they completely ignored it

Bought this hoping that this formula would be better but 6 mo couldn’t take it. I have tried a few other brands too but none of them worked either.

They didn't try to help me to get 50% discount to get several formula for my grandson. Not helping at all and not passionate about people situation.
