This is my second auto shipment and now the second time it’s been a day late and I’ve had to run out at night to buy a can so my baby could eat. I should be able to rely on the delivery date.

Shipping was usually very fast but we are switching formulas.

You keep sending it to my neighbors house

We have used this brand since our baby was 4 months old. I felt confident in what I was feeding him, and felt as though this brand cared about not only the quality of this product, but all the babies that were receiving it as their primary source of nutrition. We were very disheartened to hear there is traces of lead in this formula, and had to switch to another brand that was clear of heavy metals and BPA’s. We truly feel that this is not intentional, and just a part of the process, but none the less we don’t feel comfortable feeding our baby boy food that contains traces of lead. We hope that this consumer report creates awareness on the issue, and that ByHeart is able to right the wrong.

Gassy baby and constipation so we will have to switch to a gentle formula
