Placing order is straightforward, picking an item that is in stock is easy. The response from Boori is quick, “thank you for your order, good news it is ready for despatch” (or words to that effect). Notice the word READY, not HAS been despatched. No further communication on shipping was received and the delivery took 3 weeks. My enquiries seem to be met with indifference.

I like Boori. a bit expensive now, I see the prices went up so fast which is disappointing.

I ordered 2 blue boori toy sorting storage units, great colour and worked perfectly. And straightforward to assemble. Unfortunately a couple of weeks into having them up and running one units lower drawer mechanism kept slipping, this was due to the frame coming apart and sadly the screw/clasp mechanism don’t seem to have held up and the wood has split at several of the joining points. So sadly this one is out of actions, likely just a faulty one as the other works brilliantly and looks great.

Missing screws, hole not rounded so couldn’t screw in properly and no reply from customer services.

Not happy with the cot; I wanted to return it, but it would cost £100 to do so - so I am now stuck with the products. Won't be ordering again.
