Poor quality. Damaged. Over a month waiting for replacement parts, still not received. Awful customer service. Such a shame, looked so good online and happy with our other Boori products. Will not buy from Boori again

I couldn’t tell you about the quality of the products I ordered as I’m actually still awaiting my order 5 weeks and 4 delivery “attempts” later

Per previous review - bed still not delivered!

Very disappointed. Ordered the items over a month ago, been chased to get a delivery date set up and been told the day before my delivery that one item was missing and will only available 2 months later, then on the day of delivery i was told that most my items but one are actually not available and will only be available in 2 months. We hve ordered a toddler bed because we need it soon to change from our cot and can’t wait until my lo grows more out the cot she’s in.
