I do a lot of online shopping as I live rurally and found shipping took too long when compared to other companies I deal with, it was two to three days over your estimated longest time of 10 days. I know all businesses are struggling with maintaining staff but was frustrated to find there was no one to answer the phone when I wanted to discuss my problems with the shoes fitting and sizing. It was then a back and forward discussion by email to try to get answers which ended with my returning all products for a refund.
