Dreadful customer setvice

Great shoes, but bought the wrong size. These clowns like to make you think the returns process easy, but it is anything but. They don't respond to their emails, and a month later still no refund after they have received the shoes back. Never buying from Bobux again which is a shame as this company used to be good.

Color faded and is dangerous for exploring babies, they might eat it accidentally. Difficult to wear. Not recommended.
