Very poor customer service

I have tried to contact to see where the order is and i am yet to hear back from the company.

Cant get hold of anyone to find out what the status of my return/refund is. Very poor communication and service

No tracking information

Purchase - Christmas present for grandchild- never arrived, although the money has been taken. Failed to respond to two requests. Tracking system is useless. Avoid this company!!
