Love the product but it took more than a week to arrive

Placed order for gift 20/08/26 and still haven’t received it. We have been in Nashville for a two week holiday hoping gift would arrive . Been back and forth with Bebemoda and FedEx and still appears to be in Memphis Tn.

Stock availability wasn’t correct on site when placed order so despite saying available it wasn’t and took over 3 weeks longer than the advised delivery date to arrive

I think I waited about 7-8 days for my item to be dispatched. I emailed to chase it up and they told me I had placed a pre order. Pretty sure I hadn’t or j would have chosen another colour but item was coincidentally ready to ship that day (!) wasn’t shipped until day after. Item arrived but would order from them again
