Purchase - Christmas present for grandchild- never arrived, although the money has been taken. Failed to respond to two requests. Tracking system is useless. Avoid this company!!

A nuisance, how can it be reviewed if it hasn’t been opened

Terrible customer service. The goods are still not delivered and even though I have written to you multiple times I have mostly had no response. And no help to solve the issue. You have my money for months now and the gifts/goods are still not delivered. Terrible.

Worst store ever. No refund of my money even after sending back the item which wasn’t needed anymore. They claimed it was never received yet my local office acknowledged it was sent.
