Stock availability wasn’t correct on site when placed order so despite saying available it wasn’t and took over 3 weeks longer than the advised delivery date to arrive

I think I waited about 7-8 days for my item to be dispatched. I emailed to chase it up and they told me I had placed a pre order. Pretty sure I hadn’t or j would have chosen another colour but item was coincidentally ready to ship that day (!) wasn’t shipped until day after. Item arrived but would order from them again

Honestly, I’m not going to order here again. Having ordered a really expensive high chair I expect the service to be top. But instead of letting me know that what I’ve ordered was falsely advertised as being in stock, they waited for me to reach out and check. I agreed to a different colour, one they had available but you’d think they speed up a bit. I was promised to receive the parcel today the latest. Looking at the ups number the UPS guys still haven’t received it. Not ordering here again.
