Shipping was slow despite me paying for faster delivery. Product arrived in an open and damaged box, it didn’t feel like it was new. The cover is okay in cooler weather but in warmer weather it’s too hot as it’s quite thick so I would reccomend ordering a more lightweight one too.

Paid expensive charge for special delivery in 1-2 days but disappointed did not receive the item until the 4th day

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Incredibly fiddly to assemble. Once assembled it looks great but expected less work for the price.

Service very good, prompt delivery. The mobiles I bought were smaller and flimsier than I expected. I expected the cat mobile to be black and white but it is just black with cut outs.
