Nice Site and Staff, Tricky Experience So Far

Site is great, experience has been a little tricky First item arrived damaged a couple of weeks ago - no damage to the shipping box or packaging, just the item inside. Still waiting on the replacement. CS team is very nice and pleasant to work with, but some confusing info - I was told that once I sent photos of the damage, a replacement would be scheduled. When I did not hear back after the email, I called again, and a replacement was then set up. Still waiting on it now, in addition to the rest of the nursery furniture - hoping it is not damaged as well.

Stay away from bambi baby

BAMBI BABY DOES NOT COME TRANSPARENT AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY. Do not buy baby items from here. Furniture was nice but not worth the hassle.

I ordered toddler rails and

I ordered toddler rails and a night stand from Bambi in December 2021 and still have not received them. They are supposed to be delivered April 18. I would have expected to receive some sort of update from the company along the way or a discount for having waited over a year for delivery, but received neither. I understand there are supply chain issues, but customer contact was relatively nonexistent.

Delivery Took way to long

Maybe Amazon got me accustomed to something that isn’t reasonable, but I placed a order on a March 22 7am and received my item March 31 5pm. To excessive in my opinion it was a simple booster seat that read “in stock” on there website.
