No gift receipt option and no tracking number

Customer service reps are not pro-active to do a call back when they say they will. I had to continue to call them up to follow-up with my order. Additionally I was reassured I would receive it last week, well it took over 1 week of processing to finally ship out - instead of their advertised 3-4 days.

Good products throughout the website, and with fast shipping to boot. The customer service is slow to resolve an incorrect item being sent. Really just need more people to help process the orders.

The selection was great but 2 of our items came damaged. We paid so much for these items just to have to fix them ourselves.

Product arrived cracked in a couple different spots.
