The crib set arrived in very good condition; however, the drawers in the dresser had a bad odor which we are trying to alleviate with airing them out. If the odor does not go away we might ask to exchange this item.

Service is always great. Delivery on time. Perfect setting up. Disappointed that the large boxes were not carried away

Only problem was one matching piece was not available. In order to complete I will need to wait for it to return to stock. No indications of when that might be. It would be nice to know an expected date.

2 things that come to mind. To charge so much extra to go up a flight of stairs is ridiculous. Taking all the cardboard away would be a plus for the customer. Otherwise, the piece of furniture is wonderful.
