The Hutch I purchased was packaged well, and the product itself was of high quality and easy to assemble.

Seems to be a good constructed and quality high chair, although it was a rigomarole putting this thing together, I was amazed with the quality and how everything lined up perfectly however I had a problem with the high chair tray, it snapped on pretty easy but very difficult to take off and in fact a piece had broke, hopefully this is under a warranty and we can get this piece replaced at no cost., I will be getting ahold of the company and add to this review.

Arrived on time and in good shape.

Easy return process but my refund was miscalculated which was an inconvenience since I was already out the shipping and postage back for the return...

The crib was chipped when we received it. Very nice to deal with though and the delivery men were super nice. All in all wonderful company to deal with
