Item is really nice good quality but when it was delivered a small apart was damaged. I reached out to customer service about it they stated they would work to replace it but now haven’t heard any update from them.

Ordering was an easy process. The packaging it came in was great, no chance on anything coming in damaged. My only complaint was the New Jersey depot call came in as spam to my phone and they never left a message, so I got my items about 2 weeks later than expected. Overall very happy with the process.

The furniture we ordered was as described and delivered perfectly. However, the communication of the shipping for my furniture was not what I would expect. When I ordered, one date was given, and when I emailed to follow up, another, later date, was given. I had to keep asking to be updated on my order, which is the only qualm I have.
