Bambi Baby Store

We have bought a bedroom set, chair and stroller with Marge and she is awesome. She takes the time to explain the different products to us and has been an absolute lifesaver in helping us make choices. We will continue to visit the Melville store as we really enjoy working with her.

What I love about Bambi Babi is they have everything you need. If something is out of stock elsewhere, they often have it. Their shipping was very fast and you’re kept up to speed the entire time with text messages. From when it’s sent, on its way and delivered. The delivery was seamless and were very happy with everything!

Customer service was excellent, I spoke with Joann several times, she was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Since the furniture was delivered to my son’s home, I haven’t seen yet but he said it’s made very well, and loves the color and how it looks.

Loved the store, beautiful furniture. We went in knowing what carriage we wanted and when we saw the young man doing demonstrations on the carriages we learned more. He was amazing and showed us things we didn’t learn the first time we saw this carriage. I’m so happy we went & will definitely be going back to purchase more that we need. And very fast shipping, wasn’t expecting out carriage for a few more weeks.

Always great service! The staff are incredibly helpful. Love the selection. We went in for a chair and got to sit in 15 of them to find the one we liked best. We chose the color from some swatches and ordering was easy with the help of the staff. We also walked out with a discounted nightstand which was just an added bonus!
