The customer service at Bambi is unmatched! My husband and I felt if we were going to invest in baby necessities that are quality, we might as well go somewhere we would be getting one on one customer service. We went into Bambi wanting one brand of stroller and car seat and jet with something completely different after working with our salesman and testing products out both inside and outside of the store. We enjoyed our experience so much that we will be going back for future baby necessities and my parents even ended up buying furniture for their grand baby room in their home!
