We ordered a cot and dresser package we had seen before advertised at another bigger chain retailer, at a higher cost. Really happy to support a family business who demonstrate good customer service values and communication, with more reasonable pricing than the bigger names. Some slight damaging to one piece of the cot, but I believe this occurred during the delivery and was a result of the courier not BabyHQ. Will definitely purchase through BabyHQ again.

Everyone has been so lovely to deal with. The communication has also been great. Absolutely recommend buying through here. We reviewed all our products at baby bunting but after terrible service and multiple lies, sourced the same products through baby hq. Not only did we get a better deal (Boxing Day sales), it was a much much better experience. I’ve purchased all of our items through them now.
