Looooooove the britax car seat for as long as I have kids I’ll have this car seat!

We visited the Fortitude Valley Brisbane store during the festive period to have a look around and test some of the prams. The store stocked several brands that competitors don’t offer - which is what attracted us in the first place - like Cybex. The store looked very upmarket and well laid out. I was expecting to find it intimidating inside given the aesthetics of the store from the outside. However, the staff were so welcoming, helpful and down to earth. They showed us multiple demonstrations, answered silly questions with patience and were very knowledgeable. We didn’t think we were going to purchase anything from the store, but the whole experience was so positive that we went back 3 days later and purchased a pram and capsule (The Cybex). We will definitely be back to buy further items for our upcoming baby given the kindness of staff and unique product range.
