Didn't receive February order. Received notice they'd be late, but no delivery.

I found out about your company from Angela braniff over a year ago. I right away subscribed and then went to the BST page to buy past ones I missed out on. I have almost all of them as piggy sets and most of last years I changed to oversized. Not only do we have too many bows I started selling my least favorite online. I also found out your bows are made in China which I spend more Money on things that are better quality that are made in the USA like modern piggy, all clad pans or Lulu and roo kids clothes. Or Europe even like my Staub Dutch ovens. It has only been recently that you started making more of our style bows like the Claire.

There are continued mistakes in shipments (wrong sizes of bows, wrong product, missing product etc). I know growth is hard but it’s been 6+ months of mistakes. I loooove the bows though! And customer service is always quick to fix any issues, I just wish there weren’t so many 🤷🏼‍♀️

As much as I love the bows, there have been issues with incorrect orders. I had ordered some now before the big sale, paid full price because I really wanted them. They sent the wrong ones and only one of the one I had ordered. I contacted customer service to ask them to send the correct one. They were sold out of the bows I paid in full because of their sale. I was very disappointed

Too many Clare bows. While Cute they aren’t great for pigtails and pony tails and that’s my daughters preferred hair styles
