I've been unsubbed for a couple of months. I almost always LOVE the add-ons (wish we could buy them without a sub), but I never love/keep the sub bows anymore. I'm not a fan of the claire style (except occasionally in oversized). I also prefer the old + chunky velvet style so much more than the new style.

Cancelled my sub after 1.5 years because each month was just too similar. I prefer the poppy style and each month it was more and more Claire style.

I feel like I keep getting less and less quality for more money. Oversells are common and the company doesn’t seem to appreciate loyal customers.

Not impressed

I’ve emailed and messaged on insta letting people know how I feel about this. I’ve been a member since march 2026. Since 2020 I’ve had two subs and 2 classics. The last few kids that have been very disappointing customer service wise
