I recently went to the aventura mall store and the employee that was on duty was very rude. He treated me very disrespectful and made me fell uncomfortable. The store is wonderful but I wouldn’t go back because of the treatment received.

I’m all about helping small business but a price mock up of 2x the price anywhere else is ridiculous. Good luck succeeding in a market where customers are savvy and amazon exists.

Great selection of products but the customer service is really bad.

Compré un producto q tenía baterías oxidadas y al hacer la devolución no me dieron mi dinero me dijeron q tenía que llevar otro producto por ese valor.

Pedí la devolución del dinero y dijeron que no se podía el Producto estaba dañado y no había otro igual en la tienda
