OLD nini & loli | Baby Boutique

Attempted to return a gift that was opened seconds before entering store and still in store wrapping (wrapping is clear so I knew I wouldn’t be keeping it) Would not accept part of the return because it “was not sure it was from their store”. I offered to give name of gifted to look up the purchase and refused. Then cashier refused to help me find an item for an equal price as the partial return they would accept saying “we don’t carry items for $22, maybe you can buy a pacifier” I walked in considering a baby registry there and left wishing I had never even walked in. This is why retail stores are closing. Horrible service and experience.

I did my entire registry with Nine &in Loli and have spent thousands of dollars at the store. I was told that the store would price match and that they accepted returns. Both of which turned out to be incorrect. In today's competitive market, this does not bode well for a small boutique store as it makes you want to shop elsewhere. On top of this, the manager at the adventure store told me I could return something that I purchased because I was unsure of the size and when I went to return, told me that I could only get store credit. This blatant lie is outright disrespectful and made the experience awful. If this store has any chance of surviving todays market, the very least it needs to do, is make the EXPERIENCE A+. If you cannot deliver on that, then there's no hope for this store.

I can’t believe this store I buy a stroller and I didn’t take out the store and the didn’t give me my money back they took away 20% and that's a steal the worst store bad bad bad I will tell everyone that it’s better to buy in amazon or buy buy baby never in nini and Loli
