Not happy with the attendance

Dear: i would like to point out some issues we had in this store: 1- it seems that the attendance ladies were not happy attending the customers; 2- we had to wait more than 30 minutes to pay our purchase, once 3 attendance were given some special attention for one lady; 3- we ask for one baby shoes and kindly they brought for another store, however the wrong shoes. We paid in advance and informed that we were from Brazil and not cash back was allowed.

Bad Service - Brickell City Center

Staff is mostly all new, and though corteous, they make a lot of transactional mistakes regarding returns and ordering from other stores.

My husband purchased a MZ

My husband purchased a MZ Wallace purse from your store. He knew I wanted one for my birthday and chose to go to a seller and not the website because I would be home when it was delivered and ruin the surprise. Unfortunately, he got the wrong one. We went back to the store and they ordered the one I want. They told me it would come in a week. Sadly, it did not. It has been three weeks and I have not got the item. My husband is not knowledgeable to know that if a store only has an exchange policy and a two week window for that exchange, they have poor service and likely will screw you. I demanded a refund, but was told by the person who runs the warehouse they did not give refunds, but would get back with me. He said the purse would be delivered to the store in four days. My intention was to go up to the store in that time frame, however an emergency came up that prevented that visit. I never heard back from the warehouse. My sister had ordered directly from website and got her purse in three days. I will never shop at this store and not recommend it to anyone.
