I ordered a bunny, ii paid for it. It was supposed to be shipped from one store to another in the same area. I arrived at the store and the ladies did not know Anything about the shipment. they did receive the bunny, but they put it out for sale. Not nice and did not apologize .

I was told to receive a call when item arrives but never did. Also customer service needs to be improved, they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. ( Brickell Citi Center store)

My daughter hasn’t use it but it was too small for her I want to make a change in the purchase I did in brickell city center

Recently I shopped in nini and loly and bought one Cybex Priam troller, the seat for the car and a all the accesories. For a confusion I bought 2 seats. When I realised of that (yesterday, the day after I bought) I went to the shop and change the seat for another seat for the baby when it gests older (because I had already bought everything there and I don't need anything else.), but it cost $100 less, and they didn't want to give me the money back. I ask please to have it back because I dont need anything alse and because I understad as a consumer, that you must give it back.
