Nice Site, Poor Followup

The site is fine but I am still waiting for my list to be sent. I have paid the asking price for the lift, then was told later that I have to pay an additional $580 for shipping, so I paid that and still no notice that my product has been shipped. I would really appreciate an indication when that will happen.

not in stock

i ordered my trailer ramps may 3 ,2026 , and the web site says they were in stock. i called about my order and was told they wouldn't be shipped until June! i went back on the web site and still was in stock! very disappointed! My card was charged on May 4!

Great product. Service lacking.

The product is excellent. The customer service was not. I was not told by Curtis that I needed an air pump for the locking mechanism to function on the lift, so I didn’t buy one. Good thing “the lift guys” installer happened to bring a one when they came to install it so I could buy from them. The installer thought that they didn’t have my lift because Curtis did not update them when I changed my order from HD-9ST to HD-9 in the same day of my initial order. The installer thought that they didn’t have my lift which caused some panic on the day of delivery. It was very difficult to communicate with Curtis. Curtis didn’t tell me of the accessories needed to catch oil from cars. He didn’t tell me that I needed an accessory to hold the ramps up. His phone would always go to voice mail and it would take him days to call back.
