Shipping was great but contacting Wrenchers and resolving the problems was a little difficult

The site is fine but I am still waiting for my list to be sent. I have paid the asking price for the lift, then was told later that I have to pay an additional $580 for shipping, so I paid that and still no notice that my product has been shipped. I would really appreciate an indication when that will happen.

The product is excellent. The customer service was not. I was not told by Curtis that I needed an air pump for the locking mechanism to function on the lift, so I didn’t buy one. Good thing “the lift guys” installer happened to bring a one when they came to install it so I could buy from them. The installer thought that they didn’t have my lift because Curtis did not update them when I changed my order from HD-9ST to HD-9 in the same day of my initial order. The installer thought that they didn’t have my lift which caused some panic on the day of delivery. It was very difficult to communicate with Curtis. Curtis didn’t tell me of the accessories needed to catch oil from cars. He didn’t tell me that I needed an accessory to hold the ramps up. His phone would always go to voice mail and it would take him days to call back.

Shipped out 3 days after purchase. I had to ask for a tracking number. Doesn’t come with the plastic box as advertised in the catalog.

No one wants to own up to Wrenchers web site. You can't login to check status of order, when you call you get Bend-Pak and they will say that they are not repsonsible for Wrenchers. The website shows equipment and they do not deliver what was pictured, You get part of the piece of equipment and then you are told that the other items in the image are additional $$ for the option. Bunch of BS, Look elsewhere for your tool and equipment purchases!! Nothing but false advertising. The BBB is my next review of Wrenchers! Nothing but crooks!!!!!
