Instead of 1 shipment /3 boxes, my order turned into 4 shipments and 7 boxes. Took almost a month as well. Wrenchers customer services lack the product knowledge to fill my initial shortage correctly caused this mess.

Ordered online, after weeks of

Ordered online, after weeks of nothing but an initial order conformation email I decided it was going to be up to me to be the one who gave a shit about my order so I emailed customer service. CS emailed me back they took too many orders vs how much inventory they had, a new in box cooler was no longer available and the offered me an open box cooler with a extremely generous $100 discount SMH. I then decided to call CS instead. Talked to someone else who told me a new in box cooler was waiting for me. I asked what the hold up was turns out they wanted to collect a fuel surcharge for shipping. I promptly told them to go pound sand as their website states free shipping. After some polite back and forth they decided to wave the charge and ship my shit. Cant complain about the cooler though it works great. They promptly discontinued the model of Cool Boss I ordered so if you're reading this review you cant have one anyway. Good Luck
