Have an oil leak no one will get back to me and it’s not even 5 months old

No power cables, no remote, no control box and received two winches when I only ordered one. Some might say shutup about the second winch, but I'm too honest for that. Please contact me. 0412299986

Tow rope extension looks ok but no WLL label or any other information on the rope. Rang Ultra and was promised a return call about the issue but never got any response. Will go with better known supplier in future.
