Poor experience purchased a nut after telling them I only had 3 in the box. They said they would get me one. Failed to do it. I purchased a 4. 00 nut at a cost of 14. 00 with postage and it’s still stuffed and won’t thread properly. Told them several days ago and still nothing…. God luck in getting a more serious issue sorted. And I don’t normally write these things but I’m annoyed at lack of customer service .

Missing hardware, wasted 3 hours only to find out i cannot install the winch and had to reinstall the bar without it
