Great product fasf shipping had a few problems but was sorted out by the team at ultra winch, happy customer

Buying online was a breeze. I was notified that the winch had been collected by the courier then I had to wait, and wait, and wait. Not the fault of Ultra winch but TNT couriers were appalling. I understand shipping delays at the moment but I waited at home on the delivery date only to have it not show up and no communication from the courier. The same thing happened for the next few days and TNT would not respond to my email enquiries. It was just lucky that I was at home when it unexpectedly showed up yesterday afternoon. Great service form Ultra winch but seriously consider a new courier.

Whilst I’m sure the winch will work fine it could be easier to install with more instructions, videos, etc. Some suggestions on where and how to remote mount the control box would be handy. The battery lead needs to be 200mm longer to ensure it fits all vehicles. The clearance between the control box cables and the winch is tight if you’re mounting the control box on the winch. I ordered the longer battery cable and received one that was the same length as the one supplied with the winch. When I rang customer service they said they’d have to get back to me and I’m still waiting.

The electrical terminals on the back of the winch according to the instruction manual needed to be torqued to 25nm however when I did it snapped the bolt, I was also no provided with the correct hard wear to mount the winch in the feet out position

You would think they would throw a sticker in with item but is a good item
