The product is great, easy to install and exactly what I wanted. The time to get it was very long. Communication on the delays was above board but the delays were just to long. Once the supply chain issues are resolved I would buy more .

One of my orders was received incomplete. There just a center console with none of the other parts needed to install nor instructions. Additionally THERE WAS A DEAD BIRD INISDE. Clear manufacturing error. What should have been a straight forward customer service return actually ended up in an unnecessary back and forth. Bullshit execuse on it all orders being "prepackaged" and this was an "act of god". Clearly it was not. Doesnt qualify. The same logic is for people who dont see the need for health code enforcement at restaurants and are ok with rats roaming around inside. Also dont ever suggest to a customer "to clean it and we will give you a 20% refund" especially when your own restocking fee is 25%. . disgusting. Cherry on the cake is the return was incomplete. Had to follow up a couple of weeks after because the return was incomplete. Received a notification from accounting department that I had an invoice due for installation fee. The same installation that was supposed to have been refunded. Congratulations multi department level of incompetence.

Was shipped defective overhead console, multiple parts did not line up. Was also damaged in shipping. Have been waiting weeks for a replacement.
