Tuffy Products

1. Instruction are terrible. Lousy illustrations. Obtuse explanation of steps to install. 2. YouTube video of installation from Extreme Terrain contradict the print instructions. 3. Fit of pieces is not well defined. 4. Fit of entire unit is off and needed “tweaking”. Once installed and adjusted, the unit seems to be sufficient to it’s task.

I didn't even bother warranting the issue. To many hoops to jump through.

Product did not fit as advertised

Clumsily made. Struggled for an hour to get it to assemble. Finally had to take tin snips, drills, and a file to it to get proper fitment. The key and lock cylinder are decent enough quality. The console lid would not release once closed, and had to be pried open which broke the leading edge off of the latch. This unit fulfills the legal requirements of the state I live in, but even a rank amateur thug could get into it with ease. Probably the best part is that it is completely hidden from view when installed.

The cargo cover and center console lockbox for my ‘22 Bronco are OK. The packaging arrived in rough shape. Some of the components inside were scratched and damaged. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with CS, they have failed to respond. I will not purchase nor recommend Tuffy products in the future.
