Products are fine, the key alike service less than fine.

I'm a repeat customer, of their quality products. BUT I am annoyed by the lack of key alike option at time of sale. I had to wait for the items to arrive in order to get the key code off one of the locks, so I could buy additional locks with the same key code, wait for those to arrive, then install. And now I have extra unused locks that I have to keep, or try to sell. I much rather have paid tuffy to handle this and me not have to fi. d something to do with the extra locks. Even if it took a little extra time to ship. Don't get me wrong, the process is doable by anyone, but it has annoyed me enough to leave this 1 star review.

Incompatible Tuffy Lockbox Return

While I have enjoyed Tuffy products in the past, I see that there is a serious problem with customer service and dispute resolution when resolving matters of conflict which I will consider before making future Tuffy purchases. I purchased and received a product from Tuffy which was later determined to be incompatible with my vehicle. While I did receive and appreciate having my money returned, Tuffy's representatives have repeatedly ignored my requests for information to return their product. IAW Tuffy's online policy "To Return A Qualifying Tuffy Product" I will need an RMA# otherwise, my return will not be accepted. If Tuffy does not wish to supply the RMA or the policy has changed to where the RMA# is not required, then let me know or put it in writing so I can return the property back to Tuffy for resale. I have asked for this RMA# on numerous occasions and now feel that it is time for someone in a position of authority to step in and bring this situation/matter to closure.

Cam lock

Had to buy a new lock as Tuffy would not honor the warranty. Took a month to get delivered.

There really isn't any customer

There really isn't any customer support. One of my carriage bolts / wing knob nuts was miss threaded so I reached out to customer support to purchase a replacement. I was told "we do not have replacement parts available for the majority of Tuffy products", and "the only option for obtaining a functional unit it so purchase a new product". They did say that if I provided the item part numbers they will look into their inventory to see if they can find it. Unfortunately, there were no part numbers on my instruction sheet, only part names, which I used in my request to them.

Product Did Not Fit - Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Tacoma Truck Bed Lock Box I received. The screw holes on the box did not align with the holes on the truck. Initially Tuffy customer service was receptive to my issues and asked for photos to assist. They then went totally silent. I followed up twice with no response. I filed for an RMA# with no response. Filed again, no response. I have requested a full refund, but frankly suspect Tuffy purposefully dragged their support process out past their 10-day refund window. Tuffy emailed me a review request, which is interesting as it is the only contact I have had from them. I would rate it lower than one star if I could, but I suppose the shipping was fairly prompt so they deserve something more than zero. Will not be ordering their products in the future.
