Poor packaging and a lot of work to get a refund
Product arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I initially thought I had received an open box item, but after reading other reviews regarding similar damage it seems that this might simply be how it is packaged at the factory. Individual components were not wrapped well. Instead, they placed loose sheets of bubble wrap between the items allowing things to shift and get scratched and dented during shipping. It took about 6 weeks to get an initial refund, and they held back about $60 for shipping. Still working on trying to get my last $60 back. Ugh! Wish me luck:)
