I was told to order the wrong part which was sent out. I have been waiting probably over 2 weeks to return the part. No communication from the company. I ordered the correct hitch, but I need to return it. And I have not heard from the company. I personally will never use them again. Technology services.

Order a bed liner on the 11th. Pay for expedited shipping 1-5 business days. Ships the 16th. Currently the 21st and still no liner. Click on tracking and says it cant find the order. Now there's a liner out in the abyss somewhere that nobody knows where its at.

I purchased a vehicle with this already mounted on it and there was no support brackets that went from the brush guard to the bumper. It is basically just fastened with the 2 bottom bolts. I then contacted the company, communication was short and no you can’t order parts separately if there are any. I can either pay to have something fabricated or look for another guard. 😒
