Order tracking has said “awaiting fulfillment “ for a week. Sent email to customer service. Said product was coming from manufacturer and they were delayed in shipping. CS said product would be shipped ASAP. That’s no answer or update.

Microwave arrived damaged, I submitted photos and was told someone would get back in touch with me. Still have not heard from anyone as to the process of returning and replacing

Very slow processing time.
Very slow processing time. I ordered a part on Tuesday, it was the following Wednesday before it shipped. And then took until Friday for me to receive it.
