ordered 23 of December. delivered Jan 15. Everything was blamed on the holidays as if the whole world had ordered tow hitches. Company impossible to reach. Eventually a lonesome voice replies and tries to make things better. eventually you do get your item. Just don't expect that company to communicate with you timely. I will opt order from them again. If they are a little cheaper, that is not worth the headache not knowing if you will ever receive your merchandise. Only of you mention cancellation since they cashed the Payment immediately, do they begin to act and get your product moving in your direction. If they had quickly interacted with me and had a decent voice mail and phone number that actually calls you back, I would have accepted their excuses. I am glad I got the product, FINALLY. Let's hope its quality is better than their business service.
