You can see the attached photo is of your tow package I purchased from you. . I spoke to some one on a phone call and he said my piece was coming from Texas . I said ok and a couple of days later a package with the wrong pice arrived at my house The piece from Texas is included in the flat adapter wiring you sent . The actual thing I'm missing is the ROUND PLUG that you see in the attached picture. . The round plug is for a camper when I'm towing my camper. . The flat plug is for utility trailers. . Send the ROUND PLUG . . This my 3rd attempt to get everything I paid for. . Thank you.

sent 2 requests to technical hot line with no reply. no information proved for shipping after 2 days. hopefully it will be delivered on time and no issues.

Good selection, fast shipping, not very helpful customer service. I ordered truck accessories and then parked my truck at my second home. By the time I got around to putting the accessories on, I found out some items didn’t fit my model of Tacoma. I reached out to service and they said because it was beyond 60 days they won’t take any items back. Just a suggestion, maybe you might want to good faith some customers occasionally because I’ll never buy anything here again.
