I was surprised it took a till late Monday to ship tow hitch. I ordered on Friday afternoon. They sits UPS carrier closed on weekends so had to wait to ship. Issue is that UPS is not shut down on Saturdays. I think they just super busy company. So they should just say sorry for delay, we are slammed with orders.

Easy to use website. Had to call to see when shipment would be delivered. Didn't receive tracking info. But representative was very helpful on phone and very nice.

Your handling of the issue that I had with this item was decent. The shipping mechanism to ship this item to me without damage was poor, so hopefully you can review that process.

Why doesn't the holes line up brackets to frame, 50043 04 f350 . I should not have to drill new holes when It states that will line up with factory holes in frame
