Honestly speaking, I was somewhat worried about my order for a trailer hitch with wiring kit after initially receiving only the wiring with no explanation for the missing trailer hitch. However, I was pleasantly surprised that after a phone call and subsequent email, I was informed that the trailer hitch was on back order and l could expect delivery in about 1-2 weeks. About 2-3 days later, to my surprise, I received a phone call from a female rep informing me that the trailer hitch would be shipped out of their Florida warehouse and I could expect delivery within a couple of days. As promised, I received delivery of the trailer hitch via UPS 2 days later. Having read previous negative reviews, I am highly impressed. The time between order and delivery. . . . less than two weeks. Way to go!
